The former Fairbrook Medical Clinic located in Startown, NC is being renovated to house the new doctor's office and pharmacy of Dr. John Kessel. Dr. Kessel sold his current office, located just a few yards away, and he will be moving into the old Fairbrook building at the end of October 2014. Gold King occupies the front part of the building. Dr. Kessel's office & pharmacy will be in the rear part of building.
Our job is to clean, prep, and paint each room, replace light fixtures, install steel doors, remove old wallpaper, install door casings, floor trim, install new carpet, install two new toilets, construct a second exit doorway, and frame in a window for the pharmacy.
Phase 1 Complete -
Phase 2 install new laminate floors in back area,
complete punch list of touch up items to begin after we finish a metal roof job coming up.
Walls painted, pharmacy window framed in, laminate floors installed in front area, 2 new steel doors with dead bolts installed, new lights installed, 2 new toilets installed
